All coaching services (including 1:1 sessions, multi-session packages, and digital coaching programs) are non-refundable.

This policy exists because:

• Coaching requires time, preparation, and energy before and during each sessionYour results depend on your commitment and follow-through

• We’re here to support your success—but we can’t guarantee outcomes

2. Digital Products & Downloads

Lead magnets (such as the 5-Minute Money Makeover) are provided free of charge. Any future paid digital products (e.g., templates, PDFs, courses) are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

3. Technical Issues or Duplicate Purchases

If you experience any technical issues with accessing your purchase or you were accidentally charged more than once, please contact us within 7 days at: [email protected]

We will resolve the issue or issue a refund if necessary.
