Overview

At Timothy Eli Financial Coaching, we are committed to delivering high-impact coaching, tools, and education that help driven individuals take control of their money and live with purpose.

Because coaching and digital products require time, preparation, and immediate value delivery, the following refund policy applies.

1. Coaching Sessions & Programs

All coaching services, including 1:1 sessions, multi-session packages, and private coaching programs, are non-refundable, with one exception outlined below.

This policy exists because:

• Coaching requires preparation, customization, and time before and during each session

• Your results depend on your follow-through and willingness to take action.

• Coaching is a service, not a product, and value begins the moment we begin working together.

The Provider's Promise Guarantee

If you enroll in The Provider's Reset, you are covered under the program's performance guarantee:
• You may request a refund after completing the first 3 sessions and applying the agreed-upon action steps.

• If, after 12 months, you have not saved at least 5 times the amount you invested, you may request a full refund.

This guarantee applies only to The Provider's Reset and only when all program participation criteria have been met.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products (templates, PDFs, guides, and future digital offerings) are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.

Lead magnets (free resources) are provided at no cost and are not covered by this policy.

3. Technical Issues or Duplicate Purchases

If you experience:

• Trouble accessing a purchase,

• A duplicate payment, or

• A technical billing issue

Please email [email protected] within 7 days.

We will correct the issue or issue a refund when appropriate.

4. Exceptions (If Offered)

Refunds outside of the policies above may be granted in rare cases at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
